Hata Homes is the sister organisation of Dún na nÓg, who have been
providing care to young people for * years. We
operate multiple residential accommodation services for young people
aged * seeking protection in Ireland, who are
from Ukraine.
We are seeking applications from capable and enthusiastic individuals,
who have a deep commitment to human rights and a focus on community
integration.
We support young people who are fleeing to Ireland for safety,
security, and protection. Hata Homes works using a therapeutic
approach and the Welltree Model of Care and provides a safe and homely
environment for all the young people we work with. We support young
people to thrive in a capable environment supporting them to develop
independent skills.
We are inviting candidates to join our social care led teams, working
with separated children seeking protection in our Dublin based homes.
Successful candidates will be afforded all necessary training and
development in line with the role. Candidates must be highly motivated
and creative with a passion for engaging with young people on a daily
basis.
